Susan has earned various designations to better serve her clients: ABR, AHWD, GRI, CHRE, PMN, SFR, and CSP through the NHBA, and recently received NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement. Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and also studied Music Theory, Composition, and Performance. Living in the Denver area for 45+ years, Susan has seen vast changes in the building industry and housing market evolve over the years.

Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2002, Susan served as the Builder Realty Council’s Aurora Liaison for three years and served as the Builder Realty Council’s President in 2015. She was elected to represent the Directorship of the Aurora Association of REALTORS®, serving a three-year term from 2011 to 2014 and serving on several committees at the Association.

In 2014 she was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the Aurora Association of REALTORS®. She has been a Member of the Women’s Council of REALTOR® since 2010, was named 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year, and was named 2011 REALTOR® of the Year by the Mile High Chapter (now called Mile High Network) of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and has served on committees within that organization as well.

Susan continually strives to keep abreast of the market to keep her clients better informed. Susan has a penchant for learning and volunteering and has been most recently involved with the Denver Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association for the last seven years.
