Tammy Barber - 2023 Builder Representative and Builder Outreach Committee Chair - Thomas James Homes - Tammy is the Vice President of Sales-Build On Your Homesite for Thomas James Homes. She brings over 25 years of experience in new home construction experience, working for top national builders to local home-grown builders.  Starting in new home sales as an assistant, she quickly realized she had found her calling.  Growing throughout her career in sales, marketing, and leadership, she achieved awards as a top salesperson to coaching the top sales teams. The most rewarding part of her career is mentoring newbies that are getting into the industry, “To see their faces light up on how rewarding the industry is and how we can make an impact on so many around us is the best."  She has had her real estate license active on and off since 1996 and values the relationships between the Realtor and Builder Community.  She strives in the ever-evolving market and partnerships she meets along the way.
