Gracy Weil is a social worker turned real estate enthusiast. Within 1 year, she went from managing cases for Denver’s unhoused and treating individuals with substance use disorder to helping get a large master plan out of the ground in Erie, Colorado. Gracy uses her psychology background every day to assist with marketing, segmentation, and strategy. Most importantly, Gracy leads the Broker Outreach Program for her community: giving presentations, organizing events, and being the liaison between developer, builder, realtor, and homebuyers. Gracy is also on the Board of Directors for the HBA’s Young Leaders Council and is a member of several other realtor-affiliate organizations such as DMAR, and the Erie Economic Development Council. In her free time, Gracy enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, and cuddling up with her rabbit, Dr. Bob.

Licensed in 2004 Lynn has been on the board of the BRC since 2008. As a member of the South Metro Denver REALTORS® Association, she has served on the Board for 10 years and as a former Chairman from 2016-2017.

She currently represents her board as a Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®.

As an agent with Keller Williams DTC, she has served on the Agent Leadership Council for 6 years, and currently is on the Master Faculty, serving as an Advisor for new agents, and on the Culture Committee. She holds her CRS, GRI, and CNE designations.

Susan has earned various designations to better serve her clients: ABR, AHWD, GRI, CHRE, PMN, SFR, and CSP through the NHBA, and recently received NAR’s Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement. Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and also studied Music Theory, Composition, and Performance. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2002, Susan served as the Builder Realty Council’s Aurora Liaison for three years and served as the Builder Realty Council’s President in 2015. She was elected to represent the Directorship of the Aurora Association of REALTORS®, serving a three-year term from 2011 to 2014 and serving on several committees at the Association.

In 2014 she was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the Aurora Association of REALTORS®. She has been a Member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 2010, was named 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year, and was named 2011 REALTOR® of the Year by the Mile High Chapter (now called Mile High Network) of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and has served on committees within that organization as well.

Susan continually strives to keep abreast of the market to keep her clients better informed. Susan has a penchant for learning and volunteering and has been most recently involved with the Denver Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association for the last seven years.

Brandi Bishop is a Risk Management Specialist for 2 – 10 Home Buyers Warranty’s New Home Division covering Colorado and Wyoming. Brandi enjoys working alongside professionals in the homebuilding industry to build meaningful relationships and help them accomplish their goals. Brandi is a Colorado native and has been married to her husband for 18 years and has 3 senior rescue dogs.

Nikki is a seasoned marketing professional with 16 years of experience in real estate marketing. Lannie Ferbend is the Sales Manager with Landsea Homes. She has spent almost a decade in the home building industry and loves the fast-paced industry. She began her career in home building as a sales associate back in 2014 for the Denver division of a large national homebuilder, and now is passionate about leading and coaching her sales team to success. She has always believed in the power of the relationship between realtors and builders and continues to support the collaborative partnership through real estate transactions. Lannie and her husband are pet parents to a golden retriever named Judge. She enjoys skiing, singing in her local rock choir, traveling, cooking, reading, and attending live music.

Hope Pexton is with Lokal Homes where she has been the Online Sales Counselor for that past 7 years. Her previous role as an Onsite Sales Associate gives her a unique advantage and perspective when working with agents and prospective buyers. She joined the industry 10 years ago after previously working in insurance sales and healthcare marketing. Hope graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor ’s degree in Business Administration where she also was a member of the UNC Competitive Cheerleading team. Andrea Price is a Colorado native and has lived in the Denver metro area most of her life. She joined her father to help Price & Co. Real Estate in 2010. In that time, she has had the opportunity to work on commercial, industrial, multi-family, residential, and property management. She has handled REO sales and disposition for over ten national servicers. She specializes in equestrian properties, and farm and acreage properties but enjoys everything from first-time home buyers to investors. She has won multiple sales awards such as Silver, Multiple Gold Sales Awards, and the coveted Presidential Sales Award. As well, she is a talented vocalist and has won a Billboard Songwriting Award, ProMax Vocalist of the Year, and was nominated for an Emmy for songwriting.

Beth specializes in her niche area of Residential Builder Services, is an active member of the HBA of Metro Denver, 2020 Chair of Professional Women in Building Council (PWB), 2022 Chair of the PWB Denver Membership committee, 2023 PWB Treasurer, 2023 Membership Committee, 2023 CBRC Events Chair, and is the 2023 HBA All Council Chair.
