Chasity Peterson - 2023 President - Head of Builder Development Services - Spire Financial, a Division of V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc. - - Chasity Peterson grew up in Centennial, Colorado, making her a rare native. Her career path started in the dental industry, but after serendipitously being led into real estate, she never looked back. She is grateful for the big change, extreme challenge, and knowledge that Real Estate has taught her. She is going on her third year of leading the Colorado Builder Services Division at Spire Financial, and her motivation comes from the first-hand experience she has with the builders' and architects' complete masterpieces--her true passion is experiencing the building process. Lynn Snyder Goetz – 2023 President-Elect - Keller Williams DTC - Licensed in 2004 Lynn has been on the board of the BRC since 2008. As a member of the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association, she has served on the Board for 10 years and as a former Chairman from 2016-2017. She currently represents her board as a Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. As an agent with Keller Williams DTC, she has served on the Agent Leadership Council for 6 years, and currently is on the Master Faculty, serving as an Advisor for new agents, and on the Culture Committee. Joseph Gonzales - 2023 Secretary - Certified Homes Loans - Joseph A. Gonzales was born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana. He joined the military after school where he served 9 years and 3 days. While in the military he served as a medical soldier. After the military, he worked for Lockheed Martin for 8.5 years as a project/product manager. During that time, he became a Florida Realtor for 5 years. Then he became a mortgage broker and has been doing that ever since. He is also an active real estate investor and owns multiple properties. Joseph has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Austin Peay University and a master's degree in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University. Susan Sechrist – 2023 Treasurer - New West Realty, LLC - Susan has earned various designations to better serve her clients: ABR, AHWD, GRI, CHRE, PMN, SFR, and CSP through the NHBA, and recently received NAR's Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement. Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and also studied Music Theory, Composition, and Performance. Living in the Denver area for 45+ years, Susan has seen vast changes in the building industry and housing market evolve over the years. Licensed as a Realtor® since 2002, Susan served as the Builder Realty Council's Aurora Liaison for three years and served as the Builder Realty Council's President in 2015. She was elected to represent the Directorship of the Aurora Association of REALTORS®, serving a three-year term from 2011 to 2014 and serving on several committees at the Association. In 2014 she was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the Aurora Association of REALTORS®. She has been a Member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 2010, was named 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year, and was named 2011 REALTOR® of the Year by the Mile High Chapter (now called Mile High Network) of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and has served on committees within that organization as well. Priscilla Negreanu - 2023 Affiliate Representative - The Closet Factory - Priscilla Negreanu is an alumna of the University of Colorado Denver, a business-relationship developer, and an advertising sales veteran in Denver, Colorado. Priscilla works with high-value companies in the new construction, design, and real estate industry to grow profitable business relationships and long-term business growth. Eric Penrod - 2023 Affiliate Representative - Land Title - Eric Penrod is an Account Manager with Land Title Guarantee Company and is based out of the Greenwood Village office. Eric works with both the lender and the builder teams, providing sales and account management support for his customers and their clients. Prior to Land Title, he was a collegiate basketball coach for nine years at multiple programs where he successfully mentored hundreds of athletes. With Land Title, Eric has successfully transferred his passion for relationships and community from the coaching world into the title industry. Ron Meier - 2023 Affiliate Representative Alternate - Bingo Reverse Mortgage - Ron believes success comes through the cooperation of many. Neneh Biffinger - 2023 Builder Representative - Green Means Go, LLC - JANE of ALL TRADES - This is what Neneh Biffinger’s Superhero Undershirt says. In business and in life, she has played numerous roles - mastered more than half, and learned to ask for help on others. Neneh often jokes, “I have been selling since the womb” and her almost 30 years of experience selling in a variety of industries has equipped her with a vast amount of skills, including relationship building, strategic and consultative selling, conflict management, interpersonal communication, innovative marketing, and successful negotiation. Neneh’s favorite pastime is connecting people and she has a passion for helping others. Mike Davidson - 2023 Builder Representative - Wonderland Homes - Mike Davidson is a Colorado native and is passionate about giving back to his community. He has worked for two private homebuilding companies as well as two national homebuilders in Colorado since 2005. Mike started his homebuilding career as a Marketing Coordinator and quickly was promoted into marketing and sales management while taking on various roles such as onsite & online sales, closing coordination, land analysis, training, and IT. Mike is also a licensed Realtor and believes that buying a home is one of the most important transactions in most people's lives. During his career, he has been responsible for the sales and promotion of over 90 new home communities and teams achieving over 3,500 total new home transactions. Mike has been a part of the executive team and serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Wonderland Homes for 4 years helping to lead their growth and expansion into new markets in Colorado. John Ball - 2023 Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® Liaison - Distinct Real Estate - Joining this board is a full circle for him as he spent my summers between school as a trim carpenter for a small builder before Pulte Homes acquired the company. He has always been entrepreneurial and built custom homes for two years before finding his footing in the technology sector. Over twenty years,heI was a founder or co-founder of four technology companies where we raised a few hundred million dollars, employed thousands, and completed three IPOs, which included taking one company public in the UK. After returning from the UK, he started an investment banking firm, naturally focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector, working with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and private equity groups. He completed transactions totaling $1B. While he wrangled with VCs, business owners, banks, and lawyers, he watched as his wife had so much fun and made so many lasting friendships helping her clients find homes. He wanted to be a part of that and became a Realtor seven years ago. He wishes he had made that change many years before because this, as this has been the most rewarding experience in his professional life.
