The Builder Realty Council’s mission is to create favorable working relationships between the builder and REALTOR® professions, while serving the best interests of homebuyers. In addition to providing guidelines to builder members, we provide conflict resolution services to all members. Our role is to help parties reach resolution through non binding arbitration. Our Conflict Resolution Team manages each conflict by escalating the dispute to the appropriate person. If one or both parties can not agree on a solution, the resolution team renders a non binding solution to the conflict after a full investigation of the circumstances. If the parties can’t agree on our recommendations, we have access to an outside arbitration group who can help resolve the conflict. Although many disputes arise each year through this process, it is rare that those disputes are not settled in the first step of the process.
