AMANDA DIVITO
Past President
Re/Max Alliance
At
age 24, Amanda DiVito has already been in real estate half
of her young life. She began by spending countless hours
filing, making phone calls and helping with paperwork along
side the man who would later become her mentor and business
partner. After her initial introduction to the working
world, Amanda went on to graduate from Colorado State University
with a Bachelors of Science in Merchandising. With her
diploma in hand and an internship spent almost entirely in
a cubical, she decided to get her real estate license.
Today, as a Broker for RE/MAX Alliance in Arvada, she is working
hand-in-hand with that mentor, her father, Joe DiVito, and
industry leader himself of more than 18-years.
From May 12, 2003, her first day on the job, she has had high
expectations of herself and big dreams for success as a member
of the newly fashioned DiVito Dream Makers, a group made up
of the DiVito's, Jerry Golden and a wonderful support staff.
To her client, this live wire has become an advisor, counselor
and trusted agent.
Amanda believes serving the community is as important as serving
her clients. She is currently serving on the Jefferson
County Association of REALTORS' Government Affairs Committee
in addition to being a first year board member for the Builder-REALTOR
Council. Combining these efforts has allowed her to
both become a familiar face with her peers and to become a
knowledgeable community REALTOR friends and neighbors trust.
Amanda believes strongly in the power of goal setting, a positive
attitude and the desire to be the best. She believes
that balance is key to a healthy life and a thriving business,
and involves herself in social circles that have proven to
be a great source for a strong referral based business.
Her knack for building relationship and her no nonsense approach
have already gained her a great deal of respect in this highly
competitive industry.

JANICE CRAIG
Social, Eduction
Denver Newspaper Agency
I started the Real Estate industry in
1978 as a Leasing Agent. Over the years I have been
a Property Manager, Mortgage Broker and On-site Sales Representative
for builders. I spent 6 years
doing advertising sales to the home and apartment industry
with Damon Publications and almost 8 years with first the
Rocky Mountain News and now the Denver Newspaper Agency.
I have been a member of the BRC and on
the Board "on and off" for the last 15 years as
an At-Large Member. The BRC is a wonderful organization
to bring together the Builders and Realtors to a mutual understanding
and cooperation. I hope to continue to promote the BRC
and encourage both groups to become members and active participants.
